- Accurately quote costs to the customer by viewing the entire stock of available and alternative parts in your own and other branches’ warehouses.
- Get up-to-date order status and enable proactive communication to customers regarding parts reservations. Track reservation status for back-ordered parts.
- Set up performance targets and monitor their achievement through the Sales Department by creating item sales budgets and evaluating them based on custom categories.
