Our Journey milestones

2000

The first decade: Building strong customer relationships for a sustainable future.

Starting out in the heart of Bavaria, in a small town near Munich, incadea concentrated on the automotive industry from the get-go. The company established long-term and successful relationships with leading German car manufacturers (OEMs) such as BMW, VW, and Opel by building a robust dealer management system (DMS) based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The strategic partnership with Microsoft became one of the company’s key differentiators and positioned incadea to become a leader in the DMS industry.
2011

Gaining international exposure and supporting customers around the globe.

With a strong commitment to supporting its customers’ global business requirements, incadea initiated international expansion by opening offices in Russia, India, Taiwan, New Zealand, China, Mexico, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. At the same time the company shifted from its single-product focus and developed business intelligence, sales, and service apps, all seamlessly incorporated into an automotive software solutions suite. As a result, the company’s customer portfolio expanded significantly; the likes of PSA, Lincoln, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and other automotive OEMs joined the fold.
2015

Entering a new era and focusing on service excellence.

In 2015 the company decided to enter the tire and aftersales market via a strategic acquisition. In the same year, the company started working on digital marketing, wholesale, and e-commerce solutions across the automotive industry. Our international expansion continued with the establishment of a direct presence in Italy, Norway, the Middle East, and South Korea. With standout, superior customer service, the company was recognized with the 2016 Europe Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Service Leadership.
